These terms explain the rules that apply when you access Ling.AI, create an account, manage API keys, buy token packages, or call the API gateway.
1. Acceptance
By accessing Ling.AI, creating an account, signing in, creating API keys, buying or using token packages, calling APIs, or continuing to use the service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you use the service on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that entity and its users.
If a separate written agreement applies and conflicts with these terms, the written agreement controls for the conflicting part. These terms continue to apply to any uncovered matters.
2. Service
Ling.AI provides a unified AI API gateway, OpenAI-compatible APIs, selected Anthropic / Gemini-compatible entry points, model catalog, provider routing, fallback, billing, usage observability, user console, and related operational features.
Model availability, quota, response shape, and service status may depend on upstream providers, account state, packages, balance, concurrency limits, risk controls, system parameters, and operational configuration.
Model capabilities, pricing, context windows, streaming, multimodal features, tool use, and async task behavior may change when suppliers, configuration, or upstream policies change.
3. Accounts and API keys
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
You are responsible for protecting your account, password, sessions, API keys, allowlists, and access tokens. Requests, charges, balance deductions, package usage, and risks through your account or API keys are treated as authorized by you.
If you suspect compromise, rotate or delete the affected API key in the console immediately and contact us through the support channel published on the platform.
4. Fees, packages, and billing
Fees, token packages, model prices, validity periods, model scope, and billing rules follow the current public pages, console, operational configuration, and actual billing records.
Billing may be based on requests, input tokens, output tokens, multimodal resources, images, video, audio, cache usage, tool calls, async tasks, or other configured billing dimensions.
You should check balance, packages, model pricing, and permissions before making requests. The platform may reject calls when balance is insufficient, packages expire, models are unavailable, limits are exceeded, or risk controls apply.
Billing disputes should be raised with request IDs, time ranges, account details, and reproduction material. The platform reviews disputes using system logs, billing records, balance flows, and verifiable evidence.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, fraud, harassment, malicious scraping, abuse, risk-control evasion, system attacks, auth bypass, key probing, billing manipulation, or service disruption.
You may not submit, generate, distribute, or assist content that violates law, regulation, upstream supplier policy, third-party rights, or platform rules. You are responsible for ensuring your inputs, outputs, applications, and distribution comply with applicable requirements.
You may not reverse engineer, copy, sell, rent, sublicense, share, or publicly expose platform accounts, API keys, internal error details, supplier credentials, model routing information, or other non-public system information.
6. Inputs, outputs, and model results
You retain rights to content you lawfully submit, and you must ensure you have the right to process and use that content through model services.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, biased, or unsuitable for a specific use. You should apply human review, fact checking, safety filtering, and compliance review as appropriate.
For high-risk areas such as medical, legal, financial, hiring, credit, safety, minors, or individual rights, you should add review, notice, consent, recordkeeping, and human intervention controls.
7. Third-party providers
The platform may route requests to third-party model providers, infrastructure services, or network services. Upstream availability, latency, output, rate limits, pricing, and policies can change independently.
To complete your requests, the platform may forward necessary prompts, parameters, context, files, or multimodal input to the relevant upstream provider. Do not submit sensitive or restricted data that you are not allowed to process.
For delays, interruptions, errors, rate limits, model retirement, or price changes caused by upstream providers, networks, cloud services, policy changes, or force majeure, the platform will handle and communicate issues within a reasonable scope but does not guarantee permanent availability of upstream capabilities.
8. Suspension and termination
If the platform detects unlawful activity, abnormal traffic, billing risk, security risk, abuse, unpaid fees, violation of these terms, or activity that may affect system stability, it may rate-limit, suspend model access, freeze API keys, restrict login, request additional information, or terminate service.
You may stop using the service or delete and rotate API keys through the platform process. Account closure, balance handling, billing retention, and log retention follow platform rules, legal requirements, and necessary audit needs.
9. Limitations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is and as available. The platform does not make commitments beyond those expressly stated regarding model accuracy, fitness, uninterrupted availability, commercial outcomes, or suitability for a specific purpose.
Losses, penalties, or disputes caused by your violation of these terms, improper use, account or API key leakage, unlawful input, insufficient downstream review, or third-party claims are your responsibility. You must compensate the platform or third parties for losses caused by your actions where required by law.
10. Updates and contact
The platform may update these terms for service changes, law, upstream policies, billing rules, or operational needs. Material changes will be announced through the website, console, notice, or another reasonable method.
Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant service.
For questions about these terms, accounts, billing, or security, contact us through the support, administrator, or service channel published on the platform.
